1️⃣ Supine Weight-Assisted 90/90 ER
2️⃣ Prone 90/90 ER Isometric Holds (at end range)
3️⃣ 90/90 ER AROM with Isometric Hold (at end range)
4️⃣ Isolation Flexion (back to wall)
