Brookside Rehabilitation Center provides exceptional post-acute rehab and nursing care to its patients, residents and families.

Our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists, aides and other healthcare professionals provide personalized and exceptional care 24-hours a day. Brookside Rehabilitation Center offers a full spectrum of rehabilitation treatment which includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Our secure Serenity memory unit provides a person centered philosophy that focuses on honoring and celebrating the individuality of each individual.
