If you’re having trouble concentrating as you work at home in this pandemic, this article is for you. This is the first research to show that just one meal high in saturated fat can mess up your ability to focus just a few hour later.

This research was just published today in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and was conducted by the lab that my daughter Annelise Madison is in at Ohio State University.
