I want to be transparent with my pricing. I pride myself in being a part of your healthcare team! When provided, I’m also willing to work with your current providers to help find the best possible goals for your needs. It’s that time of the year! Make sure you add the funds to your HSA/FSA to keep your healthcare needs with me!

❗️Unfortunately not all HSA/FSA are created equal, so please contact yours to see what they all need to get this covered! I have forms for prescriptions if need from a MD, I also can write a letter of medical necessity and provide any billing information they may ask for. Have questions let me know!

One of my top questions from people is “How do I do this all day”.

Well…Here is my secrets!

✨ First and foremost I know my bodies limits! Not only do I know my body, but I respect my body’s limits. I take breaks when I need to, I don’t over book myself, I make changes when needed and I trust my body!

✨Body mechanics and energy protection! This is a huge one. I literally couldn’t do my job, for sure not for the length of time I have if I didn’t live and breathe by this one! I set my intentions every time I walk into the massage room. I set a barriers to not only protect myself from energy exchanges, but also my clients! I move my table, my body and your body so that I’m always in good body mechanics. Not only does this save me from injury, it allows me to get amazing pressure with using my whole body and not just my upper body!

✨Self-care. ALL the self-care guys. Take care of your body and it will take care of you! At home tools, chiropractic, massage, yoga, workout, walk, stretching, mental health! It all is amazing. Do it. Do you!

✨Set boundaries and give myself grace. No your boundaries and make them known. This one is so hard guys. It takes a lot to know only know your boundaries, but setting them. Once you can find this in yourself, you will blossom! Grace. Oh grace, we ALL make mistakes. We are human and learning more everyday. Don’t let the mistakes break you, grow from them. Give yourself grace! You’re doing amazing.

These things can truly be applied to any profession. Take your profession and make it yours. Find your tools and grow!
