We provide epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency neurotmoy, spinal cord stimulation and DRG neuromodulation, as well as kyphoplasty for vertebral fractures. We also provide comprehensive treatment through coordination of medications, physical therapy reactivation, and behavioral treatments for chronic pain

We will have normal operating hours Monday- Wednesday.

ALL clinics including outreach will be closed on Thursday and Friday with normal operating hours returning on Monday November 27th.

If you need medication refills please call your pharmacy today as there will be no medication refills Thursday-Sunday this week.

We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we are beyond THANKFUL for all of our patients and staff.
