It's time for a Wellness Wednesday! As the weather cools down and the days get shorter, it can be tempting to slow your activity level but staying active is key to keeping your joints healthy and your body strong!

Here are a few ways to stay moving this fall:
Take brisk walks, even 15–20 minutes a day can help maintain flexibility and improve circulation.
Stretch daily to prevent stiffness and support mobility.
Incorporate light strength training to keep muscles supporting your joints.
Stay hydrated, it’s easy to forget when it’s cold outside!

Remember: consistent, moderate movement can help prevent aches and injuries all season long. If you’re feeling discomfort or stiffness that doesn’t go away, our team at Prairie Orthopaedic & Plastic Surgery is here to help!
