When an issue pops up, we hyperfocus on the problem and all of the extra hassle it creates, rather than focusing on the solution that will resolve the problem.
The solution to your problem doesn't have to happen overnight or in one magical step. It may take small incremental steps over time, but in the long run you'll reach your end goal.
The trick is to acknowledge the problem and quickly shift into a solution mindset of how to adapt, adjust and realign your actions to overcome the problem. This applies to relationships with others, the relationship with ourselves, eating habits, exercise habits, self-care and even arriving somewhere on-time.
Focus on the solution, not the problem.
