Most practitioners of yoga are familiar with standing poses, but few feel confident enough in them to explore their full potential. Join Amy this September to learn how to approach these postures safely, using powerful movements for feet, ankles, hips and shoulders to prepare the body for standing practice, and every props to achieve optimal alignment. Plus learn a few modifications that may be helpful for your practice!

What are these poses good for?
• Strengthening feet, ankles, legs, hips & shoulders.
• Improving balance & flexibility.
• Feeling “grounded” mentally, emotionally & physically.
• Building confidence.
• Managing stress (especially racing thoughts).
