Time for a quick review!
Covid cases are on the rise.
Before we know it, cold and flu “season” will be here as well.

If your not feeling good then it’s not good to get a massage. I don’t care what you have.
If you have symptoms that are not your normal “allergies” that 90% of us do have….please call or text me to reschedule your appointment.
You must be fever free for at least 48 hours before your appointment!!

Remember to wash your hands and don’t touch your face! Drink your water and eat your vegetables! Adding garlic, ginger and oregano to your food is also a great way to help your body fight the bugs trying to invade your immune systems. Remember to get plenty of rest to feel your best!

It's time for a small review:
If the weather outside is too frightful for you to drive, please call and cancel your appointment. (I really don't want to drive in it either)!🥶
If coughing, stuffy head, sore throat and fever is upon you, please call and cancel your appointment, as soon as possible.
You must be fever free for 24 hour before your massage. If you are feeling better, and its just a bit of a small cough and runny nose you can still come get a massage. 🤧
