Hello! We want to introduce you to our amazing colleague, Rachel Pieloch. While her husband is not a therapist, he is featured in this photo because he is very supportive of her work at Lincoln Wellness Group! Rachel got in to the field via working as a Mental Health Technician at a hospital in Kansas City. She remembers being drawn to and inspired by people's resiliency in the face of struggle. After that, she committed herself to the journey of attending graduate school and focusing on giving people the tools they need to be successful no matter their struggle. She loves seeing that "light bulb" moment in people.

We asked Rachel what she would be doing if she wasn't a therapist and she said she could see herself being a kombucha brewmaster or a glass blower. She is drawn to her creative self and always thinks about nurturing that part of her. So if you see some amazing blown glass in our lobby, you will know from whence it came!

Rachel relaxes by spending time with her family, traveling, being outdoors and gardening. She also likes trying new foods but does also admit she could eat mashed potatoes every single day.

We are very grateful that Rachel decided to join our team and we look forward to kombucha brewing lessons soon!

We welcome Jolie Vega to our team!
Jolie Vega is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) and recently received her graduate degree in clinical counseling at Bellevue University. Prior to joining Lincoln Wellness Group, Jolie spent a year interning at a local practice and supporting clients across the lifespan-from children and young adults to middle-aged adults and individuals approaching retirement.
Her past professional experience includes working as the Su***de Prevention Program Manager for the Nebraska Army National Guard, a bereavement coordinator at HoriSun Hospice, and the founder of No Footprint Too Small Birth and Bereavement Services.
Jolie is passionate about coming alongside the bereaved-whether the loss is related to infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, receiving a life-limiting diagnosis, or otherwise. For the most part, she believes the grief process to be an organic one and particularly values Dr. Wolfelt's model of Companioning.
Other areas of interest for Jolie include: women's issues and empowerment, postpartum mood disorders, work-life balance, supporting military members, grief, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. She can be reached at jolie@lincolnwellnessgroup.com if you have questions or want to make an appointment! Welcome Jolie!

We have several new faces here at Lincoln Wellness Group! Rather than overwhelm you with one giant post how about we introduce you to them one at a time?!

Morgan Reichmuth, MA, PLMHP

My approach to therapy is interactive and integrative. I believe in treating the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of well-being all within the context of your environment. My goal is to help you maximize your health in any and all of these areas. I want to help you navigate through life’s challenges as well as celebrate your victories.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and my Master’s degree in Counseling at Doane University. I truly enjoy working with individuals with a wide variety of presenting issues and have special interests in couples counseling, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and pregnancy/post-partum issues.

Four simple steps to return to a ‘rest and digest’ state

Today we stop and note that our business is 9 years old. Our celebration is a bit subdued today as we focus on the challenges our community is facing. What isn’t subdued, however, is our respect for our colleagues who show up with compassion and wisdom and a collaborative spirit. What isn’t subdued is our gratitude for all of our clients who put their trust in us and who remind us why we do this work. These are challenging times and we are in awe of the dedication our team displays each day so that everyone continues to get the help they need. This will be a 9th anniversary we won’t soon forget. Stay healthy everyone!

Hello everyone! Our team is carefully monitoring the novel coronavirus situation as it pertains to offering services. Our office is open and we are seeing clients. Our clinicians are staying in touch with their clients as this rapidly developing situation unfolds. If you have questions regarding your appointment or special considerations please contact your counselor. Some of our team members are discussing the availability of virtual sessions but that is still unfolding. Please ask your individual counselor about that if you are interested. We have re doubled our efforts to keep our office safe for all of you and our team and those include:
1) regular disinfecting during the day
2) the availability of hand sanitizer in individual offices
3) monitoring the 6 foot rule
4) trying to avoid having you wait in our lobby for very long
5) removing all magazines in the lobby
6) temporarily removing our book sharing area

Our desire is to put you in the best possible safest situation to get the help you need while making sure our team members are also safe. As always, if you are not feeling well please contact your counselor and re schedule. We will do the same should one of us not feel well. We recognize that the need for mental health services is even greater now and we want to be there for all of you!

This is an ongoing situation and we will update you should the above message change. Thanks everyone and please take good care of yourselves!
