My journey into health and fitness was personal long before it became professional. Becoming a mom taught me just how important it is to model confidence, strength, and balance—not perfection. My girls are my daily reminder of why I do what I do.

After undergoing breast cancer treatment and reduction surgery, Kari faced challenges like limited range of motion and an overall wellness funk. But over the past 6 months, she's made remarkable progress—regaining almost all of her range of motion, boosting her strength, and most importantly, feeling GREAT!

I've been a Dietitian for eight years and a mom for three. Nutrition and helping others are what I'm passionate about, so I put the two together and started Aim Nutrition Consulting.
