1st Jersey!

If you would have told me a year ago I'd be working with NFL players I wouldn't have believed it!!

It's been such an incredible season working with rookie kicker Chad Ryland #37.
So proud to say he made it through INJURY FREE!!!!

Looking forward to the off and 24/25 season with him!!!

To say I'm grateful for my roots with and the new opportunities presented with
is an understatement!

I spent the last weekend in Buffalo / Niagara Falls area to complete the 2nd installment of the SportStretch USA program!!

The work, it's creator, and it's network of therapists is nothing short of AMAZING!!

I'm excited to be the ONLY Licensed and Insured Massage Therapist to offer this modality in Rhode Island!!
