We have very exciting news! Dr. Kayla Hallock is a certified functional ADHD provider. She specializes in children 6-19. If you are a parent needing to get your child in she has openings now! She tries a holistic approach first and then prescribes medication when needed.

Please join us for a soothing sound bath meditation practice.

Ancient healing instruments are used to assist with resting the nervous system, enhance focus and memory, and creating a feeling of ease that you can take with you as you re-enter the world outside of the clinic.

Participants should dress comfortably. Eye masks will be provided. All attendees will be reclined on the floor (chairs provided if the floor is not accessible for some bodies), surrounded by or “bathed in” the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes and other ancient healing instruments.

Please bring:
* A yoga mat (to place over studio mats for added cushion)
* 1-2 blankets (to use as props and cover up with)
* Pillows or other props to make your spot “nest” cozy
* A closed bottle of water or tea (for hydration)
