As more people get back into golf, yard work, pickleball, and weekend projects, injuries may occur. If you encounter pain in the medial or lateral elbow locations, understand that each involve different muscle groups and loading patterns.

Not all elbow pain is the same.

👉 You might be dealing with:
• Medial elbow pain (Golfer’s elbow / Pitcher's elbow / Medial Epicondylitis) — typically from gripping, flexion-based movements
• Lateral elbow pain (Tennis / Pickleball elbow / Lateral Epicondylitis) — more tied to repetitive extension and overuse

That’s why:
Rest alone doesn’t fix it
Stretching randomly doesn’t fix it
And “just playing through it” usually makes it worse
