Hope your week is going well so far.

This morning I'm harvesting sweet basil seeds that we dried over winter. Some studies show they're a decent source of calcium, magnesium, fiber and can help with blood sugar control. I've never used them before but it sounds like you can soak them and they taste good in water, soups, pasta, smoothies and who knows what else. 🤷‍♂️

Friends, a lot of you already know but for those of you that don't, I'm transitioning to seeing patients at our house in Lincoln. I'm grateful for help from a lot of different folks with the remodeling and transition.

As of now, I'm seeing patients by appointment only Thursday afternoons. The address is 3435 South 46th Street. Remodeling is definitely still under way so please excuse the mess. I'm looking forward to giving this space a new life for at least a season.
