This quote is so true. We all have stress but how we react to it really matter and affects everything.
And where does much of our stress come from: things we can not control. The illusion of control often creates anxiety, fear or depression leading to tension. You get the picture.
Let’s learn to focus on what we can control which is basically 2 things:
Our attitude:
Our actions.
And we struggle with those at times – yikes!

Bottom line: stress affects the mind, body and spirit. Lessen it and be healthier for it!
