Why did I take off? Besides graduation…

Every.
Time.

Thinking about SEEDS today. Why you ask? Three reasons:
(1) Graduation is this weekend & I am reflecting on the seeds Jennifer & I have planted over the years with Eilam (really, all the kids).
(2) It is baseball season & that means…yep, you guessed it – sunflower seeds!
(3) E, Kg and I watched something recently that was simple but impactful. The guy spoke about seeds. It applies to all of us.

SEEDS:
S – social contacts.
It matters who you hang around. Choose people who encourage, challenge and motivate you to be better!

E – education.
Learn how your brain works. What & why of how you are wired? Why do you think the way you think? Keep renewing your mind!

E – exercise.
The guy said this: “If you do not get off the couch and move, you will never heal.” Can I get an AMEN!

D – diet.
What put in your mouth affects your mind, body and spirit. Yes, it is a big deal!

S – sleep.
Rest matters. Sabbath-time matters. Allowing your body to heal matters. You matter!

So, the question for us today: what seeds are your planting? B/c remember, you will only harvest what you plant & cultivate.
