❓Myth #1: Brushing your teeth after meals is not necessary if you're using mouthwash. FALSE!
✅Brushing your teeth after meals is an important part of your oral hygiene routine. While mouthwash can help kill bacteria, it's not a substitute for regular brushing and flossing.

❓Myth #2: Flossing is unnecessary if you brush your teeth regularly. FALSE!
✅Brushing alone can't remove plaque and food particles from between teeth, where they can cause cavities and gum disease. Flossing should be part of your oral hygiene routine, especially in areas where your toothbrush can't reach.

❓Myth #3: You can't wear a mouthguard at night if you're not a professional athlete. FALSE!
✅Wearing a mouthguard at night (even if you're not an athlete) can help protect your teeth from grinding or clenching while you sleep, which can, ultimately, have negative impacts on your oral and overall health.
