LLCHD is urging Lincoln and Lancaster County residents to review their measles vaccination status after a confirmed case of the highly contagious disease was reported in Platte County, Neb. No cases have been reported in Lancaster County at this time. Measles can spread quickly and make some people severely ill. More information about measles ⬇

The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) today urged Lincoln and Lancaster County residents to review their measles vaccination status after a confirmed case of the highly contagious disease was reported in Platte County, Nebraska. This is the second case reported in the state in 2025.
