GREAT NEWS! Colonial Health Care residents and employees are Covid-19 free. Visitation resumes, however, in an effort to maintain social distancing and infection control guidelines, we ask that you call the facility to schedule your visit. Our activity department would be more than happy to help facilitate a visit with your loved one! We look forward to seeing everyone again!

Colonial Health Care is experiencing a COVID outbreak, which means that we have three or more residents and/or staff who have tested positive, that is impacting both our Nursing Home and Assisted Living. For the safety of our residents, staff, and you, the facility is closed for all visits while we provide care and support through this outbreak.

Facility leadership is working closely with the CDC and following all recommendations and testing requirements.

Updates will be provided on our page as the situation evolves.

Sadly, we had an employee of Colonial Health Care test positive for COVID-19. In following the guidance of the CDC, all residents and staff were tested with additional positive results. We are continuing to work closely with the CDC as we investigate our outbreak. At this time, all visitation is on hold until further notice. We thank you all for your love and support during these most challenging times.

Not many pictures, but we didn't let the rain, or lack of power ruin our day! We BBQ'd anyways! Sadly, due to not having power, we had to cancel our live entertainment. But, that means we get to BBQ again soon! 🌧🌭🥤
