Pączki ARE HERE!!!! These Polish pastries are jelly or cream filled, similar to a Bismark. At Russ's Market, fillings include Lemon, Raspberry, or Bavarian Cream.

➡️Fun fact: Pączki were made in the weeks prior to Lent, to use up all the baking ingredients that were prohibited during the time of sacrifice.
