Be part of the CHI Health Clinic Stevens Creek Team! We are looking for:

A Patient Service Representative. Schedule would be 6:45 am – 3:15 pm or 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

Registered Nurse. Schedule would be Monday Through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for triage support

CMA/EMT/LPN/RN. Schedule would be 7:00 & 5:00 (flexible schedule) Monday through Friday

CMA/EMT/LPN/RN. Schedule would be Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:30 am – 8:00 pm

Radiologic Technologist. Schedule would be every Saturday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and two other days of your choosing.

Need immediate medical attention for you or a family member and your primary care provider is unavailable? Beginning June 27, CHI Health Priority Care will be expanded to include services at three Lincoln clinic locations:

Antelope Creek - 2510 S 40th St. Suite #100

Stevens Creek - 1601 N. 86th St. Suite #200

Southwest Family Health -1240 Aries Dr. (currently open)

Open seven days a week, Priority Care provides you with prompt, high-quality medical attention with a primary care provider. Hours of operation at all clinics are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. No appointments are needed. Priority care offers same-day, unscheduled access to a primary care provider and you pay no more than a regular doctor visit, including copays.

Dr. Gabriel Youssef, welcome to Stevens Creek Family Medicine and DPC!

Dr. Youssef completed his residency with the Lincoln Family Medicine Program and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a great edition to our clinic and is accepting new patients.
