“Had a great experience with Dr. Strasburger and his Nurse Practitioner this week ! Had a new procedure for my bilateral knee pain. The procedure is called Iovera and it freezes the nerves to help with the pain until I can lose some more weight to have my knee replacements in a few months. Dr. Strasburger anticipates 3-6 months of pain relief before the nerves start to regenerate. Dr. Strasburger was great , explaining everything so thoroughly. I’m sure Physicians love taking care of nurses. He was so kind and compassionate! His office did a rush job checking my insurance benefits so I could get it done ASAP. I had 50 % pain relief in both knees right away. My son says I am already walking better! Rode the bike at the gym for an hour last night which I could not do before. Staff at Syracuse Hospital was also great to work with . Thanks Dr. Strasburger!!!” - Rhonda W.
