Hallmark Homecare is growing!

We're excited to introduce Brittany, Hallmark Homecares new Community Relations Coordinator!

Brittany began her journey in senior care as a CNA during college, where she quickly fell in love with supporting older adults and went on to study Gerontology. She built her career in admissions, gaining deep experience in care transitions from home or hospital to rehab, assisted living, long-term care, home health, home care, and hospice across Nebraska and Colorado.

With memory care as a consistent thread, Brittany later served as Director of Tabitha Adult Day and then led Memory Care at Aviva during COVID. Most recently, she worked in senior care technology with LifeLoop—partnering with communities locally and nationwide—and in care management within home care.

We’re thrilled to have her bring this depth of experience and passion to Hallmark Homecare.

{ Hallmark Moment Portraits }

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.”

What began as a simple idea—to be a blessing to our senior facilities and their residents—quickly became something much more meaningful. In the end, I think I was the one most blessed. Witnessing the gentle care of the staff and the devoted love of family members was truly humbling, and a beautiful reminder that these moments matter—and that love is always worth capturing.

At Hallmark Homecare, we strive to provide the support families need so their loved ones can experience as many of these meaningful moments as possible.

Jason and I had a blast representing Hallmark at the COHAP Christmas Breakfast. It’s such a great group of people dedicated to serving seniors in our community.
Jason’s team won the “build-something-with-the-food” challenge using items donated to the food bank—so I ended up with a coffee gift card. I’d say that worked out pretty well for me 👌

Grateful for the opportunity to present the Hands-On Dementia Experience to the team at Lincoln Federal Bank recently.

Experiences like this help bring empathy to the forefront—offering a small glimpse into the daily challenges faced by those living with dementia and the caregivers who support them. When organizations take time to better understand, they become better equipped to serve their clients, coworkers, and community with compassion.

The Countdown to Christmas Hallmark Movie Bingo Night was a hit!

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined in the fun! The trivia was a hoot, and Bingo was an absolute riot—I loved seeing how into it everyone was.

Congratulations to all the prize winners, and a big thank-you to those who purchased holiday earrings to support the Alzheimer’s Association!

We're looking forward to doing this again 😀

I love participating in this beautiful tradition from one of our agency friends. Its amazing how our community comes together to support the seniors in our area. We all agreed that we need to up our skills in wrapping 🤣.
