Grateful to have Abby Goldberg from 3M onsite this week for an in-depth demo and training session on their Stone Floor Protection System. She walked our team through the process on our clients' 90-year-old terrazzo floors — and the results are already looking so much better.

One of the biggest wins: this floor will no longer need to be stripped and waxed, allowing us to significantly reduce both chemical use and labor costs moving forward.

We’re excited to keep the momentum going and will share more photos as the project progresses and we continue to remove years and years of wax buildup from previous contractors. Thank you, Abby, for your expertise and hands-on support!

What a great way to kick off a Friday. A school principal recently reached out to share what a wonderful job one of our custodians is doing — and it absolutely made our day! 🥰

"I wanted to express my appreciation of the continued clearing of the leaves around the modular. It is so nice to have a clear ramp and stairs almost every time we walk them! The added bonus is less children playing in the space between the ramp and building during recess😃. He is honestly amazing. The guy never stops working. Please tell Brendan we love his work!"

What a great way to start the week of National Custodian Appreciation Day this coming Thursday! Here's a note that went out in one of our partner school districts newsletters in Kansas:

"A huge thank you to our amazing custodial team! Through every challenge this year, you’ve kept our building not only running but shining. ✨

You tackle spills, messes, and mystery substances (that we’d all rather not know about 😅) with professionalism and pride. You make sure classrooms are ready for learning, gyms are ready for play, and hallways are ready for thousands of feet to march through every day.

Our school simply could not function without you—and probably wouldn’t smell as nice either. Thank you for your hard work, sense of humor, and for keeping us all together (and clean) no matter what comes our way. We appreciate you more than words can say! 🙌"

Last week, our managers gathered in Lincoln, Nebraska for our Annual Managers Meeting 2025!

It was an incredible couple of days filled with learning, collaboration, and celebration. From impactful training sessions to recognizing our outstanding award winners, the event highlighted the hard work and dedication of our team.

We’re proud of the passion and leadership our managers bring every day, and we’re excited to carry the momentum forward into 2026!
