Our Story
Yoga has been an adventure for me ever since I discovered it while living in Wyoming. Some people come to yoga for the physical benefits and some come for the mental. I was definitely in the mental camp. Yoga helped me overcome anxiety and depression leaving me with an incredible urge to share its healing with others. I love to show others how wonderful they can feel in their own skin and how they can take that feeling off the mat and into their everyday lives. I love bringing playfulness and laughter to my practice and my classes. I received my RYT-200 in 2013 and am currently pursuing my RYT-500.
In 2019, I realized my calling to become a healer and will be enrolling in massage therapy school in the fall of 2020.
