We have a Savior that provides hope regardless of our circumstances; He is with us during the storms and anchors our souls during the calm. Prepare your heart today as we hold firm to the Hope He is coming again!

Fresh Start September - keep it simple and add positive modifications to things you already do. Examples might be to add 20-30 grams of protein to your lunch, or tack on another 15-20 minutes when you take your dog for a walk. Reach out with questions or if you’re struggling to get started. Join me Friday 7/5 at 9:30am for Strength, Stretch and Yoga hour. All levels are welcome. There will be something for everyone! Non-members $7 at the door. Yoga mats are available, however if you've got one then bring your own. Can't wait to see you!

What a beautiful reminder today that God has blessed us all with special gifts to serve Him and bring Him glory. Maybe you're a busy mom, a lifeguard watching over others, a server at a restaurant - no matter what you do, do it well. Look at your work as a special gift from Heaven.
