As a Wellness Coordinator / Health Coach weight loss is the #️⃣1 goal of most people.
Meal planning is key. Here is a little recipe of mine.
- 1 lb lean hamburger meat.
- 1 cup of brown rice made with beef broth.
Makes about 6 cups. 👍👍
- about 16 grams of protein.
- about 8 grams of carbs.
- about 8 grams of fat.
Heats up great in the microwave. Great on a wrap, or whole wheat bread. Maybe add a little soy sauce, or mustard. I like mine with a little hot sauce.
