Hats off to the cast and crew of our latest, original Purimspeil - written and directed by resident Michael Shapiro. The cast was great and the crowd was wonderful! Boos, hisses and groggers made for quite a fun-filled event. Hamantaschen for everyone on their way home was the perfect way to end another entertaining evening! 🎭

The Carrington’s community choir - The Hotsie-Totsie Voices are back in action! Rehearsing for their upcoming May 16th concerts - We Hold These Truths - the group will honor America, its 250th birthday - and reflect on what it means to be an American. 🇺🇸 🎶🙏🏻

Alzheimer's Association community educator Bev led the second part of Healty Living for a Healthy Brain! Today we developed action plans on how we can incorporate brain healthy foods, more movement in our days and ways to challenge our minds!

We had the most inspiring gathering of friends last week. Residents, life enrichment staff from all neighborhoods, nurses and CNAs, family members and care partners. Everyone came together to share music and to cheer each other on. And what an enthusiastic crowd!?! Kudos to resident Linda for spearheading the effort. We’ll definitely be doing this again!!
