We have been releasing lots of black swallowtails this summer / many who had over-wintered inside. Yesterday we let Tom, Dick and Harry fly. We also have our first monarch chrysalis of the season and twin J-hangs with many more coming. So exciting! Raising butterflies is not just for kids. Nature Club at the Carrington! 🦋🙌🏻

We are committed to being Dementia Champions!
Members of our Life Enrichment Team took Champions Class One, taught by our Dementia Training and Programming Director, Kelly. We practiced skills to help support people living with dementia and discussed the importance of building relationships before beginning a task.

Kelly is a Certified Independent Champion Teacher, Trainer and Coach through Teepa Snow’s organization Positive Approach to Care!
