Island Pilates

Island Pilates Pilates Training Kim has been Stott Pilates certified in both Intermediate Mat and Reformer.

She also has additional training in Special Populations and Injuries as well as Chair, Cadillac, ladder and barrel training. She has been training clients and helping clients rehabilitate from injuries, increase strength and flexibility, and lose weight since 2001. She has also worked with many dancers helping them to increase their core strength and centering and grounding abilities. Kim has additional training and certifications in weight training, kickboxing, step, aqua, yoga, and dance fitness. She has been additionally certified in Zumba, Zumba Step, Silver and Fit, Turbo Kickboxing, and many 24 Hour Fitness classes. Kim believes in holistic healing with both body and mind and is ready to take you on the next part of your journey to health! She loves helping others find their strength through exercise and wellness.
