Mrs. Timian came to us with a femur fracture secondary to a fall at home. She required more assistance with walking and transfers and needed to build strength to go back home safely. With extensive PT and OT, she met all her goals and returned home safely without any assistance!

We’re proud to share that our Director of Business Development, Harley Wilburn, serves on the Tyler community board of Adult Protective Services. She recently took part in the 2nd Annual Financial Exploitation Awareness Walk in Tyler—an important event dedicated to educating and protecting our senior citizens.

Harley’s work on the board helps advocate for stronger protections, resources, and awareness around elder abuse, exploitation, and neglect in our region. We’re honored to have his leadership and dedication extending beyond our building into the community.

Let’s give Harley a big shout-out for representing AVIR and standing up for our seniors! 👏
