Responsibilities include:
-Greeting patients and creating a welcoming front-office experience
-Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
-Answering phones, confirming appointments, and responding to inquiries
-Verifying insurance and collecting copays/payments
-Maintaining accurate patient records and paperwork
-Supporting the dental team with general administrative duties
