📅 As we move into the holiday season and schedules fill up with family and friend events and gatherings, we are adjusting our schedule through the end of the year.

🗣 We will share our holiday schedule for classes near the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays a week or so before the holiday.

🧘 If one of the classes you loved isn't on this list, let us know! We want your input as we work on our schedule for January.

I taught a men’s only class today for my husband, son, and their friends! Lots of sweat, a few giggles🤣, but they did great! We did a lot of twisting and core to help with their golf game 🤩!

Men can do yoga too and are welcome in any of our classes. This was a private class but we may look to do this more often!
