🧘wellness Wednesday tips on how to start a stress free school year by prepping the night before!
✏️School starts back soon are you ready 📣
✨Meal prep on Sunday- plan your dinners, chop all veggies and meat, place in containers to marinate. Pre-cook all starches, rice, beans, potatoes, pasta. This not only saves time but also 💰
✨Have everyone pick there outfits for the following day and lay them at the end of the bed. We are talking down to the socks, shoes, and hair bows!
✨After school champs! Parents keep those bag chairs in the trunk, pack your sports bags with extra clothes, socks, tenni shoes, a power up snack and sports drink to keep you kiddo fueled and ready for practice!
✨After dinner have your kids help make their lunch for the following day!
✨Try to keep a consistent bed time. Sleep is like recharging your battery for the next day! And no one likes to hear a tired whining kid or adult!
