Monday at 3:30 PM, the call came in.
22,000 pens.
Expanded 3-inch imprint.
Delivered to South Carolina by Thursday morning for a live concert event.
Because the molds were already in place, all it took was a quick color change to get things moving.
By 6 AM Tuesday, parts were molded.
By 7 AM, pens were assembled and in printing.
With an imprint area this large, our standard high-volume print method wasn’t an option. That meant 22,000 pens had to be printed across multiple shifts.
By Wednesday at 3:30 PM, every pen was complete and ready for pickup.
This kind of turnaround only happens when manufacturing, molding, assembly, and printing are all under one roof.
That’s the advantage of U.S. manufacturing with full control from start to finish.
