We had a great time today at the Senior Lifestyle Luncheon at ! 💙

We were proud to sponsor the Lunch & Learn portion of this event, connecting with members of the community and sharing valuable insights on health, wellness, and post-hospital care.

From conversations around fall prevention and fraud awareness to hands-on wellness activities, it was a meaningful afternoon filled with education, connection, and support for our local seniors.

A recent event brought a musical group, the Care Chords, to AristaCare at Cedar Oaks for a celebration of Holi. It was a packed house with nearly 100 residents and their families in attendance, perfect for singing along to live Bollywood music.

❤️ Meet the Team Behind Our Heart Failure Certification ❤️

Earlier this month, we proudly announced that we earned the American Heart Association’s Skilled Nursing Facility Heart Failure Certification — a recognition of our commitment to high-quality, evidence-based cardiac care.

Today, we’re excited to introduce the team behind that achievement. Our interdisciplinary cardiac team works together every day to support patients recovering from heart failure and other cardiac conditions. From physicians and nurses to therapists, respiratory specialists, dietitians, and social workers, each discipline plays an important role in helping patients regain strength, build confidence, and safely transition back home.

This certification represents more than a milestone — it reflects the dedication, collaboration, and expertise of the people caring for our patients every single day.
