Job Summary:
Current position open for a MALE collector ONLY
Collect urine specimens for toxicology testing via supervised or unsupervised methods
Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow Collection procedures and protocols as it pertains to the Client Site
Verify patient and insurance information
Complete necessary documentation accurately and legibly
Maintain proper chain of custody
Abide by HIPAA Regulations
Maintain professional boundaries while interacting with clients
Participate in necessary educational/training activities
All other assignments as directed by management
Travel to client locations is required for the position
Educational and Experiential Background:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Official High School Diploma will be required)
Experience in related field preferred
Basic Mathematical knowledge required
Legible handwriting required
*FLOAT POSITION* Part-Time
Active driver's license/reliable transportation
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to relate well with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner
Must be well organized and detail oriented
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks
