Registration for the annual Wings of Mercy Runway 5K officially opens on Christmas Day, December 25th, at 12:00 AM!

Mark your calendars for the race on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the Linden Price Airport in Linden, MI.

This is a unique, twilight event where you can run or walk right on the runway, with the 1 mile Fun Run starting at 8 PM and the 5K starting at 9 PM.

So proud of how far Mabel has come. She started out as shy and nervous around strangers, and yesterday she ran her first 5k event with us.

She's conditioned and athletic, does agility, dock diving, and tracking. So running 5k is nothing for her.... in fact I'm not sure she even ran at all, it was a leisurely pace for a Dutchie 😂

I am most proud of how confident comfortable and happy she was in a crowd of 200+. She earned a medal and some ice cream ❤️

TheWings of Mercy Runway 5K is always such a fun event and such a wonderful cause ... please consider supporting them, even if running isn't your thing.
