Meet Kayleigh

If you have even met Kayleigh, you know she is one of the most kind hearted and caring people you could ever encounter. While she works quietly behind the scenes in our financial department, the impact she has on both our patients and our team is enormous. Kayleigh works tirelessly to ensure every patient has access to orthodontic care, helping families find solutions no matter what their financial situation may be.

Her care does not stop with patients. Kayleigh is also the first to step in when a teammate needs support, whether that means checking in on someone who is not feeling well or even making after hours snack deliveries to a coworker who could use a little pick me up. She truly embodies what it means to take care of others.

Outside of work, Kayleigh’s world revolves around her family, which is what makes her smile the most. She loves that there is never a dull moment with her coworkers and is always ready with a laugh or a helping hand. One of her favorite places she has visited is New Orleans, and when it comes to food she is all about butter chicken with naan, French onion soup, and margarita pizza. At home she keeps busy with her three cats, Trixie, Willow, and Nelson, and when she has free time she loves cooking and baking.

Kayleigh’s coworkers describe her as funny, approachable, and hardworking, and we could not agree more. We are so lucky to have her as part of our team.

After 8 years, Linden High School is bringing musical theatre back to the stage THIS WEEKEND with their production of The SpongeBob Musical. Think about that for a moment. Two entire graduating classes have gone through high school without the chance to experience a musical production. That changes this year.

This one is especially meaningful for us. Dr. Wax is a proud Linden High School graduate and lifelong supporter of the performing arts, and many members of our team have backgrounds in theatre, music, and performance as well. We are honored to support this production not only as sponsors, but as community members who believe deeply in what the arts bring to our kids.

The performing arts teach skills that last a lifetime, confidence, public speaking, teamwork, creativity, and relationship building. These opportunities matter.

We are still smiling thinking about last weekend at the Fenton and Linden Community Expo.

It was such a joy spending the day with so many local families, making keychains with the kids, and talking with parents about how orthodontic evaluations between ages 7 and 10 can help set the stage for a lifetime of healthy smiles. Moments like these are exactly why we love being part of this community.

And of course, Coco Panda had the time of their life meeting so many new friends. The hugs, high fives, and photos made the whole day extra special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello, make keychains with us, and spend a little time hanging out. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new members of our community.

A special thank you to everyone who made Coco Panda feel like an absolute rockstar. The hugs, photos, and high fives were nonstop and we are pretty sure Coco is still smiling about it.

🐼 One of the things we love most about our partnerships with local dental offices is that they truly feel like an extension of our family. Today we are out on the road visiting some of our favorite teams and delivering a little spring cheer to say thank you for all that you do for our shared patients and community.

Today’s special delivery helper is Bear, who is joining his mom, B, on his preschool day off. Around here, family is always welcome, and it is pretty special when the next generation gets to tag along and see what community partnership looks like.

If you see this handsome little guy dropping off spring plants and goodie bags today, make sure to give him a high five ✋ and share in that big smile. It is moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to work with such amazing partners.

🤟Congratulations to Isabel on finishing her braces journey with us this past week. 🤟

Isabel’s spirit truly shined throughout her entire treatment. From expanders to braces to Invisalign, she experienced just about every step along the way and handled it all with incredible positivity and determination.

We are so proud of the commitment she showed and the beautiful smile she earned. Watching patients like Isabel grow in confidence throughout the process is exactly why we love what we do.

The future is bright for this amazing 19 year old young lady, and we cannot wait to see all the success that comes her way. We hope she comes back to visit and share those milestones with us down the road.
