Let’s talk tendons.

Two common injuries we see:
• Tendinitis – more acute, reactive
• Tendinosis – typically chronic, degenerative, not primarily inflammatory

Both happen when demand exceeds tissue tolerance.

Here’s the key:
Pain doesn’t always equal damage.
And no pain doesn’t always mean healed.

Tendons adapt to stress.
Rest alone rarely fixes the issue.

They need the right amount of load to remodel and get stronger.

Pain isn’t the enemy.
Load intolerance is.

Progressive overload is king. 💪
