Parents, the snow filled Sunday is winding down and 🙂 We know every kid out there right now is hoping for a snow day off from school tomorrow🙂
Parents, what are some fun things that you and kiddos did today on a snowy New York day like today! Besides shoveling because remember parents need fun too! We hoped that you got all bundled up and had some fun outside today OR you stayed in and played some good ole' fashioned board games and watched a few movies. There is something so heartwarming and endearing about the excitement and joy in a kiddo's smile and hearing their laughter. It's good for the heart and the nervous system.
One of the best memories that I have from my childhood is going sledding on snow days with my dad. Making snow angels in the freshly packed snow. Finishing off the day with making a snowman. Wait, I can't forget the snowball fights, too. So grateful for those moments of fun, excitement, and enjoyment with one of my besties, my dad !
FUN FACT ! Did you know that going outside and playing is great for your kiddo's the nervous system (and yours too). Exercise and Play: Physical activities disguised as play 🙂 foster brain development, learning, focus, and social skills. Encourage your child to play outside for an extra health boost. And join them ! 🙂
So, as you are reading this post, things are calming down for tonight and the house is quiet, grab your coffee or tea and a comfy blanket and head on over to www.pxdocs.com and The Experience Miracles Podcast with Dr. Tony Ebel. Get ready for some great information on the amazing benefits of neurologically focused chiropractic care.
Have a blessed beautiful Sunday and be safe ! XOXO Diane
