WAKE UP SIGNS
1- Body pain and suffering, especially in the neck, shoulders and back. This is the result of intense changes in your DNA level, while the "Crystical Seed" is awakened internally. This too will pass .
2- Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are letting go of your past (of this life and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to moving from a house you have lived in for many, many years to a new house. As much as you want to move to a new house, there is a sadness in leaving behind memories, energy, and experiences of the old house. This too will pass .
3- Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to item 2 above Its good and healthy to let tears flow. This helps to release old internal energy. This too will pass .
4- Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things will change around you. Don't worry about finding the "perfect" job or career now. This too will pass . You are in transition and you will be able to change jobs until you settle for one that fits your passion.
5- Walk away from family connections. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you break the karmic cycle, the ties of old connections are loosened. It will feel like ur distancing urself from ur family and friends This too will pass . After a period of time you can develop a new connection with them if this is appropriate. However, the connection will be based on new energy without karmic links.
6- Uncommon sleep patterns Chances are, you'll wake up many nights between two and four in the morning. There is a lot of work being done in you, and this often makes you wake up to take a breath". Don't you worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something. It's better than laying in bed and worrying about human things. This too will pass .
7- Intense dreams. These may include dreams of war and battles, dreams of hunts, and dreams of monsters. You are literally letting go of old inner energy, and these energies from the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape, and the "bug". This too will pass .
8- Physical Disorientation. At times you will feel so grounded You will be "shifting spaces" with the feeling that you can't even put both feet on the ground, or that you are walking between two worlds. As your consciousness shifts to new energy, your body sometimes "slows down" and "stays behind", that is, it doesn't keep up. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new inner energy. This too will pass .
9- Increased "talk to yourself" You will find yourself talking to your self more often. you suddenly realize you've been chatting to yourself for the last 30 minutes Theres a whole new level of communication taking place
within your being, and you are experiencing the "tip of the iceberg" with the "self talk". Conversations will increase, and become more fluid, coherent, and with more insight. You ain't losing your mind You are just Shaumbra moving into new energy.
10- Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. you can feel lonely and far away You may feel inclined to avoid groups and crowds. Like Shaumbra you're walking a lonely and sacred path. As much as feelings of loneliness cause anxiety, it’s hard, in these times, to tell others about it. These lonely feelings are
associated with the fact that their Guides have departed. They have been with you in all your journeys, in all the courses of their lives. It was time for them to move away, so you would occupy that space with your own divinity. This too will pass . The inner void will be filled with love and energy from your own Christ consciousness.
