The mind produces thoughts the way lungs produce breath.
They come whether you invite them or not.
Some thoughts feel urgent.
Some try to convince you they’re facts.
But a thought is only an event in the mind—
not a command, not a prediction, not a truth you must obey.
🌿 Today, try this:
when a thought pulls you in, silently say,
“Just passing through.”
No argument. No shame.
Just awareness and release.
Your job isn’t to control the guests.
It’s to remember you’re the one who owns the house.
