Shoulder and neck pain is a common problem, and here are some effective massage methods to help relieve discomfort:

# # # 1. **Neck relaxation**
- **Steps**:
1. Use one hand to gently support your head and the other hand to place on the back of your neck.
2. Slowly massage from the base of the neck upwards to the hairline with moderate force.
3. Repeat 5-10 times and switch to the other side.

# # # 2. **Shoulder kneading**
- **Steps**:
1. Place both hands on the shoulders and pinch the shoulder muscles with the thumb and the remaining four fingers.
2. Knead from the neck to the outside of the shoulder with moderate force.
3. Repeat 5-10 times.

# # # 3. **Shoulder blade massage**
- **Steps**:
1. Place both hands on the shoulder blades and press the edge of the shoulder blades with your thumbs.
2. Move slowly along the edge of the shoulder blades, find the pain point and press gently.
