Here are a few gentle practices you can try to support your mental health:
Breathe deeply ~ slow, intentional breaths calm the nervous system.
Journal your emotions ~ writing helps release what feels too heavy to carry inside.
Connect with someone you trust ~ reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Spend time in nature ~ even a few minutes outdoors can shift your perspective.
Reach out for support ~ from loved ones, community, spiritual practices, or crisis resources.
