We’re thrilled to recognize Megan Mineer as our Employee of the Month here at BrightStar Care! At just 19 years old, Megan has already made a lasting impression on our clients and team with her exceptional work ethic, positivity, and heart for caregiving.
Megan has been a CNA for a year and has been with BrightStar Care for nearly that entire time. In her words:
“I love my job and everyone I have met working through BrightStar Care. I’ve truly fallen in love with this career.”
Her passion for helping others shows in everything she does. Megan is someone who always steps up to the plate—no matter the challenge—and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her clients receive the best care possible. Whether it’s picking up extra shifts, adapting to last-minute needs, or simply being a comforting presence, Megan brings dedication and compassion to every interaction.
Outside of work, Megan is an adventurer at heart. She loves traveling, hiking, camping, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys reading and exploring the outdoors whenever she can.
While we’ll miss her immensely, we’re so proud to support Megan as she embarks on her next journey: a church mission in Chile! Her future is incredibly bright.
