Our residents had the absolute joy of welcoming the talented BYU Ballroom Dance Alumni, who brought incredible energy, elegance, and fun to the dance floor. From stunning performances to inviting our residents to join in, the night was filled with laughter, movement, and unforgettable moments.
To make the night even more special, we danced the evening away to the lively sounds of The Mixed Nuts, whose live music kept everyone smiling and tapping their toes. 🎶
There’s nothing better than seeing our residents connecting, celebrating, and sharing the joy of music and dance together. Thank you to these amazing performers for making it such a magical night!

It’s official, Dream Flights are coming back to Spring Gardens Lindon!

Last year, we witnessed something truly magical: seniors taking flight, reliving memories, and creating new ones high above the clouds. Just watching their faces light up was unforgettable — and now, we get to do it again.

We’re thrilled to announce that Dream Flights will be returning to our Spring Gardens Senior Living communities, bringing joy, adventure, and honor to our amazing seniors.

Today we enjoyed a beautiful scenic drive down to the local park with our amazing seniors. We watched people paddle boarding on the water, took a peaceful walk through the park, and soaked up the sunshine together.

It was the perfect day to connect with nature, stretch our legs, and share some laughs. These simple moments mean so much.
