After offering free massages for single parents and widows/widowers on Valentine’s Day, I knew I wanted to do more. This Mother’s Day, I’m opening up free 50-minute massage sessions for those who have lost a child or their mother and can’t afford care right now. Grief is heavy, and I want to offer even a moment of relief and love.

I’ll be gifting at least 4 sessions over Mother’s Day weekend—and I’d love to do more. If you’d like to sponsor a session for someone deserving, it’s $75 (that’s $25 off my regular rate).

This Friday and Saturday, I want to give back to those who might be feeling a little extra alone this time of year. I’m offering FREE 50-minute massages to single parents and widows/widowers who can’t afford it but could really use a pick-me-up.

People often ask me if I do prenatal massage, and my answer is: Nope! But I absolutely love working on pregnant women! I don’t really use the term “prenatal massage” because it often implies something different or lighter. I treat the pregnant body as the strong, capable warrior it is.

Pregnancy puts incredible demands on your body, which makes massage even more essential during this time. Whether it’s relieving back pain, easing swollen joints, or just taking a moment to breathe, massage can make a huge difference. I also know that pressure still matters—you don’t need to sacrifice the relief you’re looking for.

I recommend following a massage schedule similar to your doctor’s visits: monthly in the beginning and more frequently as you get closer to delivery. Let’s help your body feel its best during this amazing journey!
