Have you received a cranial sacral? Do you know what it is? Cranial sacral is a different modality from traditional massage. It’s a gentle approach in evaluating, treating and balancing the mind, body and spirit. Cranial sacral focuses on bones of the cranium, spine, sacrum and other supporting tissues. It works with the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid. Cranial sacral is based on the body’s own amazing self-healing abilities.
