“Pregnancy is just uncomfortable.”
No.
That’s the lie too many pregnant women are told. 👏
Yes, pregnancy changes your body.
But struggling to roll over in bed… limping through Target… barely surviving work because your back and hips hurt… feeling pressure every time you stand up…
That’s not something you should just “push through” because you’re pregnant.
As a physical therapist, I want pregnant women to know this:
✨ You are allowed to get help during pregnancy.
✨ You are allowed to support your body before postpartum.
✨ Pregnancy pain is COMMON — but that does not mean it should be ignored.
There are ways to help support:
✔️ Pregnancy back pain
✔️ Hip pain during pregnancy
✔️ Pelvic floor dysfunction
✔️ Sciatica during pregnancy
✔️ Pregnancy mobility + strength
✔️ Core support while pregnant
