South Central Medical and Resource Center (SCMRC) is a community-based FQHC providing high-quality, accessible primary and behavioral health care in Chickasha, Lindsay, and Pauls Valley—serving individuals and families regardless of income or insurance. We provide family practice health care for all patients in our tri-county area of Grady, Garvin and McClain Counties. We accept private insurance,

Medicaid, Medicare and uninsured patients. For those patients who do not have health insurance we have a sliding fee scale to allow patients who are uninsured or underinsured to receive quality health care at affordable rates. 🎓 Congratulations to Kristi Rouse, ADN Class of 2026!
Kristi began her journey at South Central Medical Center in 2018 as a front desk receptionist and quickly discovered her passion for healthcare and helping others. In 2022, she became a medical assistant, expanding her skills in phlebotomy, referrals, and patient care while earning a reputation for her strong work ethic and compassionate heart.
Inspired by helping care for her special-needs niece and grandmother, Kristi pursued her dream of becoming a nurse at OSU-OKC. Through dedication, perseverance, and plenty of hard work, she graduated with her ADN on May 7, 2026.
Kristi is especially thankful to South Central Medical Center, Tammy, and the clinical managers for supporting her throughout nursing school and working with her ever-changing schedule. Her future in nursing is bright, and this is only the beginning! 💙🩺
