Do you want to decrease the chances of you getting the flu? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), regular handwashing is one of the best ways to protect yourself from seasonal illness.

Rub your hands together with soap under warm water for at least 20 seconds. Be sure to wash everywhere: wrists, palms, backs of hands, fingers and under the fingernails. Rinse the soap from your hands and dry them completely with a clean towel or paper towel. Pat your hands dry to avoid chapping and cracking.

“Jan is a TEAM player no matter what. I can walk out of a room, and she is there with whatever the patient may need. If she sees a need, she just does it - like cleaning rooms, weighing patients, and getting water. She lives life and is the greatest at all that she does, both on the clock and off. It may be my day off, and she is seeing how the day is going, or if she didn't know I would be off, she is inquiring if things are okay. She works in different areas and is so dedicated to them all, and gives 100% and takes her job seriously. Jan is someone you can count on. I have known Jan for around 11 years, and she has not changed. She upholds the highest work ethics now as she ever has. She is dedicated to LCH. Jan makes me a better person!”
